If you are an existing user and received Error Code 002, it likely means you are not logged in with the email address you verified when you first registered your REVIAN account.
How to resolve:
1.) In the app, go to Menu —> Settings —> Logout
2.) Tap “Log In” at the bottom of the Welcome Screen.
3.) Please enter the email address you used when you first registered in the app.
If you are unsure of which email address you used, you can search your email inboxes for subject line “Your REVIAN verification link.”
If you are a secondary user and received the Error 002 message, please create a Support Ticket in the REVIAN app.
