Typically REVIAN products are returned to the point of purchase. For example, if you purchase on Amazon.com and you need or want to return your purchase then you would request a return authorization from Amazon.com. If you are ever unsure about the return procedure please contact support@revian.com
Returns should be shipped using the most economical method possible that offers tracking. Please make note of your tracking number when you ship your return. If possible, obtain and retain a receipt when you tender your REVIAN return to the shipping service provider. Please do not ship your return via expedited/express services such as FedEx 2Day or Standard Overnight.
If you prefer, REVIAN can email you a return shipping label that you can print and affix to your return. The cost of the return label will be deducted from refunds for non-warranty returns. REVIAN products returned under warranty will be replaced at REVIAN's expense.
